Delivery within Metropolitan France
(including Monaco)
Orders shipped within Metropolitan France are dispatched via UPS.
Shipping fees are €10.00, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
Free shipping is available for orders over €500.00, exclusively for deliveries within Metropolitan France.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are processed starting the following Monday.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
We recommend refusing any parcel showing visible signs of damage or tampering upon delivery.
Any parcel accepted without reservation, including those received by a third party (concierge, caretaker, mailbox, etc.), will be considered accepted in its current condition. In the absence of reservations made upon delivery, we will not be able to process claims regarding missing or damaged items.
